1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation Confirmation: All tour bookings are subject to availability, minimum attendance to start the tour on the day, and confirmation by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
1.2. Payment: The payment terms, including the total cost, deposit requirements, and payment methods, will be specified during the booking process. Full payment must be made by the specified due date to secure the booking.
1.3. Cancellation and Refunds: The cancellation and refund policy will be outlined during the booking process. Please note that cancellation fees may apply, and refunds may be subject to certain conditions.

2. Tour Itineraries and Changes
2.1. Itinerary Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of comparable quality.
2.2. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all necessary travel requirements, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health-related documents. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from non-compliance with these requirements.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1. Insurance Coverage: The Company strongly recommends that tour participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other potential risks. It is the participant’s responsibility to acquire adequate insurance coverage.
3.2. Insurance Claims: The Company shall not be responsible for any claims or disputes arising from insurance coverage or the insurance provider’s actions. Participants should directly contact their insurance provider for all insurance-related matters.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1. Health and Fitness: Participants must ensure they are in good health and have the physical fitness required for the chosen tour. The Company may require participants to provide a medical certificate if deemed necessary.
4.2. Conduct: Participants are expected to follow local laws, regulations, and customs, as well as any instructions provided by the Company’s tour guides or representatives. The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour for any participant who fails to comply with these requirements without any refund.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, whether resulting from acts or omissions of third parties, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

5.2. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its agents, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the tour.

6. Poor weather policy

Our adventures normally operate in all conditions, unless extreme and dangerous weather prevents us from conducting the tour.
Unless you hear from us, assume that your tour is going ahead. We will inform you if your tour is cancelled.
