I accept personal responsibility for my safety during the activity. I understand that outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including hiking, uneven terrain, night walking, and changing weather conditions. I release and hold harmless Wildscape Adventures, its guides, staff, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the activity, except where required by Australian law.
